    In order to properly implement any new technology in the field of  education or in business everyone must be knowledgeable in the use of that technology and have a commitment for continued educational support. 

    As the Computer Science, and Technology Department Chair of the Shaker Middle School system I have had first hand experience in meeting the needs of our own staff.

    Therefore, I can assist in the designing, planning, organizing, implementing and the selecting of resources for utilization of technology in a staff training program.

    Additionally, as an Adjunct of Ashland University I can develop, implement and teach Professional Development Service workshops & courses to receive: CEU's, Under Graduate, and Graduate Credit.
